Damara Tern - One of the many birds whose name starts with the letter D

Following my many posts on birds, i guess it comes as no suprise when my theme today for the A-Z challange is the Damara Tern bird! To be sincere, i never knew there was a bird with such a name. These type of birds are usually found at the Namibian coast. They are small-sized and have a high pitched voice.I personally think they are way too beautiful! What do you think?

  3. Very beautiful species indeed! I have never seen a bird like this. I love watching the Discovery Channel when they take us on little trips to show us animals, particularly birds that have not been photographed often or before. God was very creative in some of these birds. Their color, shape, texture, et. cetera is absolutely beyond description. Thank you for sharing this delightful bird.
